Shake It Up Saturday!

Nothing says Easter quite like Carrot Cake… I’m not sure how these two actually hooked up. But I’m glad they did! I LOVE me some good Carrot Cake! I’m pretty sure if I made a Carrot Cake I might eat the whole thing by myself… I love it that much! So I decided in the interests of keeping my waist line trim, I should just avoid it this year! So In lieu of the fresh baked stuff, I opted for making a yummy Carrot Cake inspired Protein Shake instead! It was sooo good! So Enjoy!

Carrot Cake Protein Shake

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 C Pineapple
1/4 C Grated Carrot
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
2 tsps greek cream cheese
8-10 Ice Cubes as needed for desired consistency
Blend & Enjoy!!
