Libby's Healthy New York Style Cheese Cake
2 Cups Cracklin Oat Bran
2 TBS Lite Whipped Butter
4 (8oz) pkgs of Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese (softened)
1 1/4 C Stevia
1/4 C Raw Honey
3/4 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
3 Egg Whites
1 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 TBS Vanilla Extract
1/4 C Flour
1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees - Spray 9 in springform pan with cooking spray
Use food processor or blender to finely crush cereal then add melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared springform pan
In mixer mix softened cream cheese with stevia and honey untill smooth. Blend in Almond Milk, and then add in eggs one at a time, mixing just to incorporate. Mix in greek yogurt, vanilla, flour and nutmeg. Pour filling into prepared crust
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and let cool with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours, this will prevent cracking. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve & Enjoy!

Matt's Healthy Husband's Delight
24 oz tomato sauce
1/2C Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 8 oz greek yogurt cream cheese
2 TBS Dried Parsley
1 medium onion chopped
1 TBS Italian Seasoning
1/2 C Part Skim Mozzarella
1/2 C 2% Sharp Cheddar
1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
1 Turkey Italian Sausage -- (Casing removed)
1/4 C bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 8 oz wholewheat egg noodles
Brown ground turkey, sausage, onion bell peppers, and garlic together and drain.
Cook noodles as directed then drain.
Add noodles, Italian seasoning, tomato sauce to ground turkey and stir.
Combine greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and parsley.
Put into a 3-quart casserole dish a layer of noodles and meat, then a layer of cheese mixture.
Add the last of meat and noodle mixture.
Last of all add grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Total Calories Saved 220 AND 16 Grams of Fat!!!
